 What is Lancaster Select Soccer?

Select soccer is instructional competitive soccer.  Players tryout for teams and are selected based on their ability, potential, desire, and attitude.  In Lancaster, the governing organization is Lancaster Select Soccer Association (LSSA

  How  is it possible for the LSSA to keep costs down?

Our organization is built and operated by volunteers who love the game of soccer.  All funds raised are used strictly for the benefit of the players and the association.

 How  much travel is involved each week?

It depends on the season and what teams make up the divisions.  Typically, we play teams from Columbus, Dublin, Grove City, Hilliard, and Newark.  We have played teams from Chillicothe, Marion, and Mt Vernon.   Ride sharing for players has been very successful in the past so travel is really not an issue for our players.
